About the Project:


Having just built a brand new 14,500 sq. ft. office with warehouse space, Pella wanted to evolve their office culture.  To help achieve this, they provided their employees with height-adjustable desks in every workstation and office, offering choice and control over how they work throughout the day.  Workstation panels were kept low to allow for easy collaboration.  High-Density Storage units in each station provide space for essential work equipment as well as personal items and can also be used to signal that the user does not wish to be interrupted.
