Previously located in a building in which they occupied small spaces across 3 floors, LRS needed a new facility to support their growth as a company.  Their new location enabled LRS to bring their employees back together in a single space to improve collaboration, efficiency and productivity.  As well as providing a fun and relaxing environment for their staff, LRS looked to create an appealing space to attract new talent.  The new space needed to provide an open feel while keeping construction to a minimum.  Working with our project partners, we kept a keen eye on the budget and gave the LRS team options and guidance on how to provide the greatest impact on their goals for the new space.
