Olsson’s new Omaha office at The Row at Heartwood Preserve creates a modern, sophisticated workplace designed to support collaboration, connection, and the evolving needs of its teams. SBI partnered with MCL and APMA to bring the vision for the space to life through thoughtful furniture selections spanning collaborative areas, meeting spaces, boardrooms, and welcoming public spaces.
Furniture selections include leather boardroom chairs, AMQ Tizu chairs in the training room, and Viccarbe benches and tables throughout the commons. Bernhardt lounge chairs paired with Viccarbe coffee tables create comfortable, inviting lobby spaces, while Ocular meeting room tables provide a versatile solution for collaboration and have quickly become an employee favorite. SBI also provided credenzas for meeting rooms, planters, coat trees, two Halcon boardroom tables, and Nucraft meeting room tables.
The result is a cohesive workplace that balances functionality, comfort, and refined design, giving Olsson’s Omaha team an environment that supports both focused work and meaningful collaboration.
