Enterprise Properties partnered with SBI to create a modern, sophisticated space featuring expansive glass solutions and refined architectural detailing. Contracted through RDG’s St. Louis branch, SBI collaborated closely with project partners to coordinate a successful installation.
The project incorporates Falkbuilt’s Kai Glass Fronts, including sliding framed glass doors with slow-close functionality and drop seals, as well as butt-hinge swing framed doors with concealed closers and drop seals. A Taz Framed Telescoping Glass Wall adds flexibility and visual openness to the space. Glass was provided by Quality Glass and Mirror.
Through collaboration with RDG and Hawkins, SBI helped bring the project together with a seamless installation and a finished environment that balances transparency, functionality, and design.
